El yogur tiene un alto contenido de ácido láctico, componente que resulta ser un excelente aliado para desinfectar la piel del rostro. La menta, por su parte, aportará a nuestro cutis frescura y vigor gracias a su alto contenido de mentol.  Por ello, hemos pensado que estas mascarillas con menta y yogur te encantarán si quieres mantenerte joven y con una piel fresca.

Lo mejor de todo es que los dos ingredientes son muy económicos y seguramente ya los tienes en casa. Descubrirás que solo hace falta añadirles una o dos cosas más para mejorar los problemas de la piel que tanto te incomodan.

1. Mascarilla facial de menta y yogurt para todo tipo de rostro

Mascarilla facial de yogurt y menta para todo tipo de rostro

Si tu piel es grasa, usa esta máscara facial todos los días durante una semana. Después, puedes reducir las veces que te lo aplicar a 2 veces por semana.

En caso de que tu piel sea normal o mixta, aplica la primera de las mascarillas con menta y yogur una vez por semana como parte de una rutina de limpieza.

Ingredientes

  • 1 yogur natural (125 g)
  • 2 cucharadas de hojas de menta picadas (30 g)
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva (16 g)

Preparación

  • En un recipiente,  mezcla el yogur con la cucharada de aceite de oliva y añade las hojas de menta.
  • Revuelve bien con ayuda de una cuchara de madera hasta que todos los ingredientes estén perfectamente integrados.
  • Antes de aplicar la mascarilla, limpia tu rostro con un jabón neutro o de glicerina para que que la piel absorba mejor los nutrientes.
  • Seca el rostro y aplica la mascarilla con ayuda de un brocha en todo el rostro, con cuidado de que no entre en los ojos.
  • Deja que la mascarilla actúe por 15 minutos y enjuaga con agua tibia.

Es posible que te sobre una buena cantidad de mascarilla. Guarda esa parte en un recipiente plástico con tapa y consérvala en el refrigerador, sin congelar.  Cada vez que la vayas a utilizar, sácala del refrigerador y espera a que alcance temperatura ambiente.

2. Mascarilla facial de pepino, menta y yogurt para el rostro graso

Ya que la menta y el yogurt son dos ingredientes muy frescos, favorecen la eliminación de la grasa y te dejan una sensación muy agradable. El pepino complementa gracias a sus propiedades astringentes.

El resultado es una mascarilla perfecta para mantener la piel limpia e hidratada.

Ingredientes

  • 1 cucharada de yogur natural (20 g)
  • 1 cucharadita de leche en polvo (5 g)
  • ½ pepino
  • 1 cucharada de menta finamente picada (15 g)

Preparación

  • Lava el pepino y córtalo en trozos.
  • Añade los trozos de pepino junto con la leche en polvo, el yogur y las hojas de menta en un procesador de alimentos.
  • Mezcla hasta que la preparación tenga una consistencia suave y cremosa.
  • Lava y seca tu rostro.
  • A continuación, extiende la mascarilla de forma pareja con la yema de los dedos o con una bola de algodón en el rostro y el cuello.
  • Deja actuar la máscara durante 20 minutos.
  • Enjuaga con agua tibia y, para terminar, da una rápido enjuague con agua fría.

Puedes usar esta mascarilla 3 veces por semana para humectar e hidratar tu piel.

3. Mascarilla con menta y yogur para afinar poros

Mascarilla con menta y yogurt para afinar poros

Tener los poros muy abiertos es un problema que afecta de la misma forma tanto a hombres como a mujeres. Muchos no saben como disimularlo, por lo que este remedio les será muy útil.

La cúrcuma ayuda a desinflamar y a cerrar los poros de forma natural. Aplica la siguiente de nuestras mascarillas con menta y yogur tres veces por semana durante un mes.  Después, bastará con un par de aplicaciones semanales.

Ingredientes

  • 1 cucharada de yogur  (20 g)
  • 1 cucharadita de menta picada (5 g)
  • 1 cucharadita de cúrcuma (5 g)

Preparación

  • Añade todos los ingredientes en un mortero y machaca hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.
  • Lava tu rostro y seca con un paño suave.
  • Aplica la mascarilla con las yemas de los dedos y dando un suave masaje circular.
  • Deja reposar por 15 minutos y enjuaga con agua tibia.
  • Seca dando golpecitos con un paño suave.

Te recomendamos hacer esta mascarilla justo antes de utilizarla para así aprovechar al máximo los antioxidantes de la cúrcuma.

Ahora que ya conoces los beneficios de las mascarillas de menta y yogurt, no tienes motivos para descuidar tu piel. Aplica regularmente la receta que mejor se adapte a tus necesidades y disfruta de los beneficios.

Ten en cuenta que algunas personas pueden ser alérgicas al yogur. Si no estás segura/o, prueba la mascarilla en una pequeña zona del antebrazo antes de usarla. Si tu piel se pone roja o se descama, evita su uso.
